ERROR ON APPRAISAL
I had an appraisal done August 30, 2018 and although the appraiser was nice he made an error and forgot to include a full bathroom in the appraisal. When this was brought to their attention they refused to update the appraisal to include the 3rd bathroom which was detrimental to me and my buyer. I would not use this firm
